Deep Cello has worked hard to identify the least expensive shipping methods that reliably deliver our coffees to you at the peak of freshness. After working with various shipping methods, we learned that the trusty United States Postal Service does the best job at an attractive price, domestically and internationally.
United States: Deep Cello uses the flat-rate box for USPS shipping up to three pounds. It’s not a perfect fit for the coffee but we find it works and saves you money. The cost is between $5.75 and $7.75 per shipment in the Western US, and we charge our customers $3.95 for one pound, $1.00+ for each extra pound for individual orders. In other words, we pay part of the shipping for you for retail orders. East Coast Recurring Orders cost $4.95 and $2.00 more per additional item. This is a bargain as shipping to Florida, for example, is $9.70 for the first pound.
International: International customers should use the International Orders Form to place their order. We will calculate the shipping for you, and send you a PayPal request for payment. Once we’ve processed that, it generally takes about 10-14 days to receive your coffee. We use guaranteed delivery services. We can ship via Federal Express or UPS if you prefer. Shipping to Asia starts at $30 per pound and decreases to about $8.00 on orders above 50 pounds.
City of Portland, OR: Local residents should order from http://deepcello.com/pdx. There you’ll be able to select your coffees at a special price and we’ll deliver them to you at no charge. $3.95 shipping is extra for orders in Washington County, Clackamas County, and Gresham.

Refunds requests have never happened with Deep Cello coffee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products, please contact us using the contact form and be sure to include a phone number. If the customer’s concerns are inaddressible, we may replace or refund within reason in our discretion any amount we deem appropriate and fitting given the circumstances. If a package is damaged upon arrival, we may ask you to send us a photograph of the packaging materials. At no time will Deep Cello be liable for more than the amount of any given purchase and shipping amount. That all said, we try to be good neighbors. And we want happy customers.
