The Green Coffee

Our coffees are purchased seasonally, closely taking into account harvest cycles and flavor profiles. Over the course of the last 10 years, we have built close relationships throughout the industry in order to be aware of circumstances that might affect quality and supply. In the end, this allows us to be flexible in our sourcing and offer the freshest, highest quality, roasted coffee while still being sensitive to price. We source direct and at much higher prices than fair trade, so growers get a really good price for their green coffees that they can reinvest in the land. We purchase natural and organic coffees exclusively and avoid any compromise in the quality of our network of growers and importers.

Roasting & Blending Finesse

Deep Cello Coffees owe their genesis to a technique for roasting and blending coffees from different regions with a complete focus on the final experience in the cup. Our coffees create a strong desire for a return experience. Our goal is to create a line in front of your cafe counter every day.
